By accessing and using Invoice Insight, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our invoice tracking software service.

2. Description of Service

Invoice Insight is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides invoice tracking and management capabilities, including:

  • Invoice status tracking (pending, overdue, paid)
  • Automated email alerts for due invoices
  • CSV import and export functionality
  • Analytics and reporting dashboard
  • Secure data storage and management

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for maintaining the security of your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for activities under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Our service offers multiple subscription plans with different features and invoice limits:

  • Basic Plan: Up to 100 invoices with email alerts and CSV import/export
  • Pro Plan: Up to 1,000 invoices with basic analytics
  • Advanced Plan: Unlimited invoices with advanced analytics

All subscriptions include a 7-day free trial period. Billing occurs monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates third-party rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. We will not access, use, or disclose your data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invoice Insight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
